Hi there! I'm Julie!

 

I am a Nebraska native and grew up on a farm just north of Omaha. I have three crazy, but super adorable children. I love animals and would have a house full of them, but there are laws that say I can't do that, so I currently have 8 fish, two dogs, two guinea pigs and a couple of rabbits.

Odd fact about me, no one actually calls me "Julie Ann" except for my parents, and that is usually only when I've done something they don't approve of. I just have a very long and hard to spell last name so I opted for Julie Ann Photography since I like to keep things as simple as possible! My last name was butchered enough during my school years. 

 

I turned my love of photography and art into a career about 9 years ago. In 2019 I took (and PASSED) the CPP Exam making me an actual Certified Professional Photographer! YAY! While I enjoy many types of photography, working with children has to be my favorite. I enjoy seeing their personalities and getting to know them and making them laugh.
